Jamie Pow

Jamie Pow is a Senior Lecturer in Political Science at Queen’s University Belfast. His research focuses on political attitudes and the role of citizens in democratic decision-making, including through participatory and deliberative innovations.

Specialising in the political context of Northern Ireland, Jamie has been involved in major studies of public opinion, voting behaviour, and institutional design. In the Climate + Co-Centre, he works on the Creating inclusive decision-making spaces for multi-level climate action project within the Enabling Fair Transformations research platform.
